摘要
以汽车前大灯配光镜为例,运用Moldflow最佳浇口模块,限制产品透光表面为非进浇位置,对其余表面浇口位置进行预测,得到最佳进浇点。根据产品材质特点,设计了曲线形流道并采用扇形浇口进行浇注系统的建模,运用Moldflow成型窗口分析得到初步成型工艺。在UG模具设计中设计了随形冷却回路,将冷却管道导入到Moldflow中进行校验并调整冷却参数,优化后发现,凸凹模模温趋于一致,由于冷却不均产生的翘曲变形量仅为0.1 mm。为了进一步降低翘曲变形量,采用正交实验法对翘曲变形影响最大的4个工艺参数:熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力及保压时间进行正交试验设计,得到了最佳成型工艺,翘曲变形量与优化前相比,降低了26%,可以满足产品装配要求。
Taking the headlamp lens as an example,the Moldflow optimal gate module was used to limit the non pouring position of the transparent surface of the product.The gate position of other surfaces was predicted to find the optimal pouring point.According to the material characteristics of the product,the curved runner was designed and the fan gate was used to model the gating system.The preliminary molding process was obtained by Moldflow molding window analysis.In UG mold design,the cooling loop of shape following cooling was designed,and the cooling pipe was imported into Moldflow to check and adjust the cooling parameters.After optimization,it was found that the die temperature of punch and die tends to be the same,and the warpage deformation due to uneven cooling was only 0.1 mm.In order to further reduce the warpage deformation,the orthogonal experiment was used to design the four most influential process parameters:melt temperature,mold temperature,packing pressure and packing time,and the optimal molding process was obtained.The warpage deformation was reduced by 26%compared with that before optimization,which met the requirements of product assembly.
