摘要 翘曲变形、缩痕及顶出时的体积收缩率是注塑成型产品的重要质量指标,受到工艺参数和纤维参数的综合影响。试验以碳纤维复合材料汽车保险杠为研究对象,选取了熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间及纤维含量等因素作为变量参数,采用Taguchi实验法进行研究,结果表明,熔体温度和纤维含量对质量目标的影响程度更高。根据Taguchi优化方法得到了最优参数组合,从而得到初步优化结果。选择熔体温度和纤维含量作为影响因素,结合了响应面模型和NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法进一步寻优,得到质量目标对应的Pareto最优解,即熔体温度227.6℃、模具温度47℃,保压压力103 MPa、保压时间为30 s、纤维含量24%。仿真结果表明,与推荐参数相比,优化后的翘曲变形量减少了4.477 mm,缩痕量减少了0.011 mm,顶出时的体积收缩率降低了0.7%,注塑件的质量得到了极大的改善。 The warpage,sink marks,and volume shrinkage during ejection were important quality indicators of injection molded products,which were affected by process parameters and fiber parameters.Carbon fiber composite automobile bumpers were used as the research object in this experiment,and variable parameter such as melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,holding time and fiber content were selected,and used the Taguchi experiment method,it was found that the melt temperature and fiber content had a higher degree of influence on the quality target.Then according to the Taguchi optimization method,the optimal parameter combination was sought,and the preliminary optimization result was obtained.Then,the melt temperature and fiber content were selected as factors,combining the response surface model and the NSGA-Ⅱgenetic algorithm for further optimization,the Pareto optimal solution corresponding to the quality target was obtained:melt temperature 227.6℃,mold temperature 47℃,holding pressure 103 MPa,holding time 30 s,fiber content 24%.The simulation results showed that,compared with the recommended parameters,the optimized warpage deformation was reduced by 4.477 mm,the shrinkage mark was reduced by 0.011 mm,and the volume shrinkage rate during ejection was reduced by 0.7%,the quality of injection molded product was considerably improved.
