摘要
随着国际学术交流与合作的不断增多,研究生国际化培养对国家、学校以及研究生个人发展都有相当深远的意义。当前省属高校在研究生国际化培养方面存在着诸多问题与不足,以陕西科技大学轻工技术与工程学科院士工作室为例,介绍工作室参与省属高校研究生国际化培养的优势及存在问题;通过调研和分析,对研究生国际化培养机制改革的进一步完善提出思考与建议。
With the continuous increase of international academic exchanges and cooperation,the international training of graduate students is of great significance to the country,the university and the individual development.There are some discourages in cultivate the internationalization of graduate students in the current provincial colleges and universities.In academician studio of Light Industrial Technology and Engineering discipline in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as an example,this study expounds the advantages and existing problems graduate training when academician studio involves in the internationalization training of provincial colleges and universities.Some thinking and suggestions are put forward to further improve the reform of graduate internationalization training mechanism through investigation and analysis.
