摘要
研究生国际化培养是"双一流"建设中高层次人才培养的重要内涵,其培养质量影响到国家的未来发展与竞争力。该文分析了"双一流"背景下研究生国际化培养的现状及存在的问题,基于研究生培养过程的关键环节与要素,结合学科特点和发展需要,提出了研究生国际化培养的若干支撑措施,并总结了部分成效,探索构建了研究生国际化培养体系,以期为"双一流"建设提供有力保障。
International training of graduate students is an important connotation of high-level talent training in the construction of"double first-class",and the quality of training affects the country’s future competitiveness and development.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in the international training of graduate students,and based on the key links and elements of the graduate training process,combined with the characteristics and development needs of the discipline,several supporting measures for the international training of graduate students are proposed,and some of the results are summarized,and the construction of an international training system of graduate students is explored,in order to provide a favorable guarantee for the construction of"double first-class".
