摘要
目的:探讨宽胸气雾剂辅助治疗对慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)患者的影响。方法:选择北京市第一中西医结合医院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的121例CPHD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(60例,给予常规综合治疗)和观察组(61例,在对照组基础上给予宽胸气雾剂治疗)。观察两组的心肺功能、血液高凝状态、血管内皮功能。结果:观察组的平均肺动脉压(MPAP)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组D-二聚体(D-D)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、空腹血糖(FBG)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前列环素(PGI_(2))高于对照组,血栓素A_(2)(TXA_(2))、血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)及内皮缩血管肽-1(ET-1)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宽胸气雾剂辅助治疗能够改善CPHD患者血管内皮功能,提高心肺功能,有效缓解血液高凝状态。
Objective: To explore the effect of Kuanxiong Aerosol adjuvant therapy on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD). Method: A total of 121 patients with CPHD who were admitted to Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(60 cases, given routine comprehensive treatment) and the observation group(61cases, given Kuanxiong Aerosol treatment on the basis of the control group). The cardiopulmonary function, blood hypercoagulability and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were observed. Result: The mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP), N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the D-dimer(D-D), erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI) and fasting blood glucose(FBG) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the prostacyclin(PGI_(2)) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the thromboxane A_(2)(TXA_(2)), angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuanxiong Aerosol adjuvant therapy can improve vascular endothelial function, improve cardiopulmonary function, and effectively relieve blood hypercoagulability in patients with CPHD.
