摘要
目的:探讨慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(TNI)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平及临床意义。方法:选取2016年1月~2019年6月在我院治疗的慢性肺源性心脏病患者140例,其中肺心功失代偿患者79例(失代偿组),肺心功能代偿患者61例(代偿组),同时选取健康志愿者80例作为对照组,检测血清BNP、TNI和D-Dimer水平。结果:失代偿组血清BNP、TNI和D-Dimer水平分别为(722.92±132.01)pg/mL、(1.23±0.32)ng/mL和(2.00±0.93)mg/L,明显高于代偿组和对照组;代偿组血清BNP、TNI和D-Dimer水平分别为(302.01±67.82)pg/mL、(0.72±0.20)ng/mL和(1.55±0.82)mg/L,明显高于对照组;失代偿组治疗前后血清BNP、TNI和D-Dimer水平均明显高于代偿组;BNP、TNI和D-Dimer呈正相关,BNP和TNI呈正相关。结论:慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清BNP、TNI和D-Dimer水平明显升高,与患者病情严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),troponin I(TNI)and D-Dimer(D-Dimer)in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and their clinical significance.Methods From January 2016 to June 2019,140 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected in our hospital,79 patients with decompensated pulmonary heart function(decompensated group),61 patients with pulmonary heart function compensation(compensation group),and 80 healthy volunteers were selected as control group,serum levels of BNP,TNI and D-Dimer were detected.Results The levels of BNP,TNI and D-Dimer in the decompensated group were(722.92±132.01)pg/mL,(1.23±0.32)ng/mL and(2.00±0.93)mg/L,were significantly higher than those in the compensation group and the control group;The serum levels of BNP,TNI and D-Dimer in the compensation group were(302.01±67.82)pg/mL,(0.72±0.20)ng/mL and(1.55±0.82)mg/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group;The levels of BNP,TNI and D-Dimer in the decompensated group before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in the compensatory group;BNP,TNI were positively correlated with D-Dimer,BNP were positively correlated with TNI.Conclusion The serum levels of BNP,TNI and D-Dimer in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease are significantly increased,which are related to the severity of the disease.
