互联网使用与旅游就业选择差异:异质性与机制——基于CGSS 2013-2019年的证据 被引量:1

摘要 互联网几乎完全改变了旅游企业之间合作的方式。这种营运模式有可能改变个体的就业选择。基于此,文章利用中国综合社会调查数据,以二元logistic模型检验了互联网的使用对旅游劳动者个体就业选择的影响。结果表明:互联网的使用能够显著提高旅游劳动者个体选择受雇就业的概率。在进行稳健型检验、使用工具变量处理内生性后,这一结论依然成立。文章从劳动力的技能结构和年龄结构方面分析了互联网的使用对旅游劳动者就业选择影响的异质性,结果发现:互联网的使用对不同技能劳动力的影响均显著,但高技能劳动力的受雇概率要高于低技能劳动力。同时,互联网的使用能够显著影响壮年劳动力的就业选择,对青年劳动力和年长劳动力的影响则不显著。文章还尝试探讨了互联网的使用影响旅游就业选择的具体机制,结果显示:获取就业信息、建立社交网络是互联网影响个体就业选择的重要传导机制。文章在最后给出了相应的建议。 The Internet has thoroughly transformed the methods of cooperation among tourism enterprises. Almost all contemporary tourism enterprises have an online presence, and their operations are dependent on online activity. For example, the internet has created a series of new employment models, such as remote recruitment, online employment, online training, etc.. This paper uses the data of China General Social Survey(CGSS) to test the impact of Internet use on individual employment choice in tourism workers with a binary logistic model. The results show that Internet use can significantly increase the probability of individual tourism workers in employment acquisition. This conclusion is still valid after the robust test and the use of instrumental variables to deal with endogenesis. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the heterogeneity of the impact of Internet use on the employment choice of tourism workers from the aspects of skill and age structure of labor force. The results show that the impact created by Internet usage on different skilled labor forces is significant, while the employment probability of skilled labor remains higher than that of low skilled or unskilled labor force. Also an identified fact is that Internet usage can significantly affect employment choice in primary adult age groups but has no significant impact on both younger and older age groups. Finally, the paper explores the specific mechanism of the Internet affecting tourism employment choice. The results show that obtaining employment information and establishing social networks are important mechanisms. The research contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in: First, it discusses the influence of the Internet on the career choice of tourism employees for the first time. Second, this paper focuses on the heterogeneous impact of Internet use on the employment of individual labor by different skill groups and age groups in order to understand the employment patterns of tourism employees in different skill structures and age structures.
