摘要
膜分离制氮设备在舰船上应用越来越多,在运行过程中需要将干燥的空气加热才能使产品氮气纯度满足要求。当膜组件工作温度升高,氮气纯度升高,但其回收率下降,即氮气产量变小。目前系统的工作温度大多采用人工设定恒温PID控制算法,无法实时改变系统工作温度。为解决上述问题,提出一种变温度串级控制算法,能够实现满足产品氮气纯度要求的情况下降低膜组件的工作温度,提高产品氮气流量,具有设备运行时间越长,效果越好的特点。
Membrane separation nitrogen production equipment is more and more used in ships,and needs to heat the dry air in the process of operation to make the purity of nitrogen to meet the requirements.When the operating temperature of the membrane component increases,the purity of nitrogen increases,but the recovery rate decreases,that means the nitrogen flow rate of the product decreasing.At present,the operating temperature of the system is mostly controlled by manual PID control algorithm,so it is impossible to change the operating temperature of the system in real time.To solve the above problems,a variable temperature cascade control algorithm is proposed in this paper,which can reduce the working temperature of the membrane component and increase the nitrogen flow rate of the product when the purity of nitrogen meets the requirements.The longer the equipment runs,the better the effect.
