摘要
目前的老式加热炉大多采用动圈式调节炉温控制,但较低的控制精度限制了其应用范围.针对该问题不足提出基于单片机的炉温控制方案,建立了系统数学模型,并推导出其状态空间方程,给出了通过调节参数达到目标温度的控制方案.通过仿真为实验提供了参考的调节参数,实验表明,该方案可以取得满意的准确度.
In currently used old-fashioned heater, the temperature was mostly controlled by an active ring adjuster. Being low control precision, its use range was limited. Aiming at this weak point, a stove temperature control system based on single chip processor was presented. After building up the system mathematicl model was built up and its state-space equations were deduced. The control methods which achieve the object temperature by adjusting the parametes were given out. The reference adjusting parameters were provided through the simulative experiment. The satisfaction of the control precision was proved by the experiments.
