摘要
蒸发冷却器是转炉干法除尘系统的核心设备,其出口烟气温度和喷水工艺的控制精准度直接决定整个干法除尘系统的运行效果。根据工艺对象的特点,温度和流量构成串级控制系统,串级控制的工艺控制模型是保证转炉蒸发冷却器喷水量控制的有效工艺控制模型,符合实际工况需求的模型可使系统长期稳定地运行,可延长干法除尘系统设备的使用寿命,保证转炉生产顺利进行。
Evaporative cooler is the core equipment of dry dust removal system of converter.The control of flue gas temperature and water spraying process must be precise.The control of evaporative cooler directly determines the operation effect of dry dust removal system.According to the characteristics of the process object,temperature and flow cascade control system,process control model of cascade control is to ensure the effect of the evaporative cooler water spray quantity control of converter process control model,conforms to the actual working condition of demand model can make the system run stably for a long time,can prolong the service life of dry dust removal system,guarantee of converter production run smoothly.
