摘要
文中对工程总承包视角下总承包商风险防范进行研究。分析铁路工程总承包的特点,对总承包商存在的风险进行把控。再根据风险内容,从判断总承包商的风险成因、识别工程总承包风险、完善总承包商风险评估机制、构建铁路工程项目总承包商的风险防范体系等方面,阐述风险防范措施。以上研究旨在精准识别总承包商的风险,为铁路工程的发展提供方向。
The risk prevention of the general contractor is studied. The characteristics of railway general contracting are analyzed, and the risk of general contractor is controlled. Then, according to the risk content, the risk prevention measures of the general contractor of railway engineering project are expounded from the aspects of judging the risk cause, identifying the general contractor risk, perfecting the contractor risk assessment mechanism and constructing the risk prevention system of the general contractor of railway engineering project. Through the above research, the aim is to accurately identify the general contractor’s risk and provide direction for the development of railway engineering.
