摘要
期刊质量是期刊生命力的核心,而期刊的审稿工作则是期刊质量的决定性因素之一。期刊编辑应熟练掌握学科规范及对应的专业术语,严格执行“三审”制进行质量把关。审稿人员应该在严格遵循审稿原则的同时运用适宜的审稿技巧,并抱有高度的责任心,为期刊论文提供质量保障。在阐述和分析学术期刊审稿工作中存在的问题基础上,指出了影响期刊审稿质量的因素,并探讨了提升学术期刊审稿工作质量的策略,以供学习和借鉴。
The quality of the journal is the core of the vitality of the journal,and the review work of the journal is one of the decisive factors of the journal quality. Journal editors should be proficient in discipline norms and corresponding terminology,strictly implement the “three review” system for quality control. Reviewers should strictly follow the reviewing principles while using appropriate reviewing skills,and have a high sense of responsibility to provide quality assurance for journal papers. This paper expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the review work of academic journals,points out the factors those affect the review work of academic journals,and discusses the strategies to improve the quality of review work for academic journals for learning and reference.
