摘要
期刊信息传播速度在一定时间内会影响期刊学术稿件在社会上所产生的即时效果,即时效性。从长远角度看,较强的时效性会给期刊整体质量的提升带来良性循环。在强化时效意识的基础上,缩短稿件时滞,加快审稿流程,利用现代信息手段提高传播速度,努力强化学术期刊的时效性便显得十分重要,其最终目的是吸纳优秀稿件,扩大期刊影响,有效发挥学术期刊为我国科学技术发展进步提供服务的作用。
The speed of the academic journals influences the immediate effect,or the timeliness,of the academic journals in society in a certain period.In the long run,strong timeliness brings the favorable cycle to the promotion of the general quality of the journals.On the basis of the awareness of the timeliness,shortening time lag,speeding up of the peer review,and speeding up the circulation by means of modern information technology are the project for developing journals.Its final goal is to absorb excellent papers,spread speedily the academic message,expand the influence of journals and display fully the functions of the academic journals in offering service to the improvement of science and technology of China.
