翻转课堂教学模式结合体验式教学在肝胆ICU带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式结合体验式教学在肝胆ICU带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月于江苏省人民医院肝胆中心见习学生120例,随机分为两组,对照组学生进行传统教学,研究组学生采用翻转课堂教学模式结合体验式进行教学,比较两组学生对理论和技能的掌握程度、综合能力以及关怀能力提升情况的差异。结果教学后研究组学生的理论成绩、技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后研究组学生团结协作、突发应变、学习兴趣、思维分析、理论水平等综合素养评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);教学后研究组学生关怀能力评价量表(CAI)总分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论采用翻转课堂教学模式结合体验式教学在肝胆ICU带教中可取得良好的教学效果,更符合素质教育以及岗位科室需求。 Objective To investigate the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode combined with experiential teaching in hepatobiliary ICU’s guidance.Methods A total of 120 probationary students in Hepatobiliary Center of Jiangsu Province Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given conventional teaching,while the study group was given the flipped classroom teaching mode combined with experiential teaching mode.The promotion differences of the mastery of theory and technique,comprehensive ability and caring ability between the two groups of students were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical and technical scores of the students in the study group were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the comprehensive literacy scores of students in the study group,such as unity and cooperation,emergency reaction,learning interest,thinking analysis and theoretical level,were all significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the total caring ability inventory(CAI)score of students in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of flipped classroom teaching mode and experiential teaching in hepatobiliary ICU’s guidance can achieve good teaching effect,which is more in line with the requirements of quality education and target departments.
