摘要 本文介绍了基于HFCT传感器的高压XLPE电缆及附件局部放电检测方法在现场的应用和检测数据分析过程。现场应用表明HFCT传感器适合于现场局部放电的带电检测,具有检测信号灵敏度高,使用方便的特点。通过分析不同类型接地系统中传感器测量位置对测量结果的影响及中低频信号传输模型的特点,选取极性鉴别法对HFCT传感器测量信号进行处理。在对现场检测信号分析判别时,应考虑终端随机性脉冲干扰对检测数据的影响,根据不同类型局放信号的时频域特征对检测数据类型进行分类,并采用极性鉴别等抗干扰技术确定局部放电信号是否属于电缆接头内部产生或者沿电缆线芯导体传输的干扰信号。对于电缆局放缺陷,则应根据电缆预防性试验数据、家族缺陷等进行综合分析,判断信号产生源头。 This paper describes the detection method used in field application of partial discharge in high voltage XLPE cables and accessories, and the analysis process of test data based on the HFCT sensor. Fields applications have shown that the HFCT sensor is suitable for partial discharge detection because of its high signal sensitivity and convenience to operation. At the same time, the terminal random pulse interference effecting on the testing data should be taken into consideration in the analysis of field detection signal. The detection data should be classified according to the different time domain and frequency domain characteristics of partial discharge signals. The anti-interference techniques based on polarity identification could be used to determine whether the signal is the partial discharge generating inside the cable joints or the interference transmitting along the cable core. For cable PD defect should be analyzed comprehensively to judge the source of signal based on cable data of preventive test and family defect.
