摘要
收集整理了10 kV和110 kV XLPE电缆局部放电故障的现场数据,统计现场案例中有局部放电缺陷故障电缆的最大局部放电量,运用统计学方法获得电缆不同部件(接头、终端)的最大局部放电量分布特性;借鉴机械可靠性领域的应力-强度干涉模型,提出用局放故障概率表征局放缺陷严重程度的诊断方法;依据故障概率重新划分了XLPE电缆的4种状态:正常、注意、异常和严重状态,并计算了对应的最大放电量诊断阈值。结果表明:该方法可以在一定程度上反映电缆局部放电故障的严重程度,实现XLPE电缆状态的定量评估。
The partial discharge fault field data of 10 kV and 110 kV XLPE cable were collected and sorted out.The maximum partial discharge capacity of the cable with partial discharge fault in the field case was calculated,and the maximum partial discharge capacity distribution characteristics of different parts(joints and terminals)in cable were obtained by statistical method.On the basis of stress-strength interference model in mechanical reliability field,a diagnosis method was proposed to characterize the severity of partial discharge fault by partial discharge fault probability.Then,four states of XLPE cable were re-divided according to the fault probability,that is normal,attention,abnormal,and severe state,and their corresponding diagnostic thresholds of maximum discharge capacity were calculated.The results show that this method can reflect the partial discharge fault severity of cable to a certain extent,realizing the quantitative assessment of XLPE cable state.
