摘要
冲击耐受电压试验是验证设备电气间隙和固体绝缘能力的重要手段,在相关产品标准中均采纳作为型式试验的一部分。而在不同类别的标准中,对冲击电压发生器的参数、冲击耐压试验程序要求存在差别。该文针对高低压电气产品涉及的冲击耐压试验,分析相关产品标准及基础标准中的规定,对标准中规定的发生器对试验结果的影响进行分析,根据试验目的对试验程序进行细化,给出采用开路电压波形的设备进行冲击耐压试验的适用条件。
Impulse withstand voltage test is an important method to verify the electrical clearance and the solid insulation capability of the equipment,and it is frequently adopted as a part of the type test in the relevant product standards.However,in different types of standards,there are differences in the requirement of impulse voltage generator parameters and impulse withstand voltage test procedures.This article analyzes the requirements in the relevant product standards and method standards for the impulse withstand voltage test involved in high and low voltage electrical products.It analyzes the influence on the test results of the generator specified in the standard,and refines the test procedure according to the test purpose.
