摘要
目的 探讨格林模式在医务人员放射管理中的应用,促进放射医务人员提升防护知识和加强防护意识。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年9月云南省昆明市某三级甲等医院85名放射医务人员,在进行基于格林模式设计的放射防护培训后,通过放射防护知信行调查表进行问卷调查。比较放射医务人员培训前后放射防护知信行各维度的差异。结果 培训后放射医务人员放射知识知晓各个条目的正确率提高,其中工作时常规佩戴单位购置的个人剂量计知晓率从85.9%提高至97.6%(P<0.05)。培训后放射医务人员行为各个条目的正确率提高,其中依照管理使用工作人员安全防护器材的正确率从71.8%提高至90.6%(P<0.05)。培训前后满意度维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 基于格林模式设计的放射防护培训可拓展放射医务人员的防护知识、规范防护行为,增加放射义务人员的自我防护意识。
Objective To explore the application of Precede-Proceed mode in radiation management of medical staff, and to promote the radiological medical staff to improve protection knowledge and enhance protection awareness. Methods A total of 85 radiological medical staff were selected from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Kunming city, Yunnan province from September 2019 to September 2021.After the radiological protection training based on Precede-Proceed mode, the investigation was conducted through the knowledge, attitude and practice survey.The differences of radiological protection knowledge and practice questionnaire before and after training were compared. Results After the training, the radiology staff’s knowledge of the correct rate of each item has increased, including the routine wearing of personal dosimeters purchased by the unit at work increased from 85.9% to 97.6%(P<0.05).After the training, the correct rate of each item of radiology staff behavior increased, including the correct rate of using staff safety equipment in accordance with management increased from 71.8% to 90.6%(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the score of satisfaction before and after training(P>0.05). Conclusion Radiological protection training based on Precede-Proceed model can expand the knowledge of radiological medical staff, standardize their protective behavior, and increase the self-protection awareness of radiological volunteers.
