摘要
[目的]研究植物精油(净力安)对肉鸡生长性能、生理指标的影响。[方法]选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡168000只,公母各半,采用单因子随机分组设计,试验共设2组,每组设6个重复,每个重复14000只鸡,均饲喂颗粒饲料。对照组日粮按100 g/t的比例添加某欧洲进口精油产品,试验组用净力安等量替代该进口精油,试验期44 d。在试验肉鸡的14、28、44日龄分别空腹称重,记录每天肉鸡的死亡或淘汰数量。在36日龄时,每个重复选取2只鸡进行屠宰,测定生理器官指数。[结果]试验组的成活率为98.99%,而对照组的成活率为98.69%,比对照组提高0.30个百分点;试验组均末体重比对照组多105 g,全期平均日增重比对照组多2.38 g/(d·只);试验组的全期料肉比为1.583,对照组为1.636,比对照组下降0.053,差异极显著;试验组的脾脏指数为1.45,对照组的为1.23;试验组的法氏囊指数为1.93,而对照组的为1.23;试验组的绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值为7.68,对照组的为4.53,差异显著。[结论]植物精油净力安作为肉鸡替抗产品,能显著提高肉鸡生产性能,提高机体消化吸收能力和免疫力。
[Objectives]The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of ESO(Feedig Coated Essential Oil)-based antibacterial replacement solution on the growth performance and physiological indicators of broilers.[Methods]In this experiment,we adopted single factor random grouping design,1680001-day-old Arbor Acres broilers,half male and half female,were randomly divided into two treatments of the experimental group and the control group,with 6 replicates for each treatment,and each replicate raises14000 broilers,all of which were fed pelleted feed.The control group fed a basic diet,and added a certain European imported essential oil product at a dosage of 100 g/t;the experimental group,replace the imported essential oil product with an equivalent amount of 100 g/t of ESO(Feedig Coated Essential Oil),the experiment lasted for 44 days.The daily feed intake of the chickens was recorded in each replicate,and the broilers were weighed on an empty stomach at the 14th,28th and 44th days of age.The number of dead or eliminated broilers was recorded each day.At 36 days age,2 chickens were selected for slaughter in each replicate,and the physiological organ index was determined.[Results]The experiment results showed that the survival rate of the experimental group was 98.99%,while the survival rate of the control group was 98.69%,and the experimental group was 0.30 percentage point higher than the control group.The average final weight of the experimental group was 105 g higher than the control group,and the whole-period average daily gain was 2.38 g/d/bird higher than the control group.The whole-period feedto-meat ratio of the experimental group was 1.583,and that of the control group was 1.636.The experimental group decreased by 0.053 compared with the control group,and the difference was extremely significant.The spleen index of the experimental group was 1.45,the spleen index of the control group was1.23,and the bursa index of the experimental group was 1.93,while the control group was 1.23,the spleen index and bursa in
