摘要 为研究RAP(Reclaimded Asphalt Pavement)在拌和后级配变化问题,采用工业盐替代沥青混合料中的新集料,使RAP统料分为五档,将等质量工业盐与RAP在不同RAP预热温度及拌和温度下进行拌和,随后对其水洗烘干检测“有效级配”,并与RAP骨料(不含沥青)、工业盐及新沥青拌和后的“标准级配”进行比较,得出比表面积及分散比。结果表明:再生沥青混合料的比表面积随集料粒径增大而减小,随RAP预热温度的增加而增大,随拌和温度的增大先增大后减小;分散度情况与比表面积大致吻合,其中分散情况最理想的为RAP预热温度130℃、拌和温度170℃。 In order to study the gradation change of RAP after mixing,industrial salt was used to replace the new aggregate in asphalt mixture. The RAP aggregate of materials is divided into five grades,the equal quality industrial salt and RAP were mixed at different RAP preheating temperature and mixing temperature,and then the“effective gradation”was tested after washed and dried,and the specific surface area and the dispersing ratio were obtained by comparing with the“standard gradation”of RAP aggregate(without asphalt),industrial salt and new asphalt after mixing. The experimental results show that:the specific surface area of reclaimed asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of aggregate size,increases with the increase of RAP preheating temperature,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of mixing temperature. The dispersion is roughly consistent with the specific surface area,and the most ideal dispersion is RAP preheating temperature 130℃ and mixing temperature 170℃.
