摘要
介绍厂拌热再生沥青混合料的生产、摊铺全过程施工工艺,探讨从RAP料的破碎、筛分、存储到再生混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺和碾压各环节质量控制措施,分析各个施工环节对厂拌热再生混合料质量的影响。分析结果对类似材料的实际应用具有参考作用。
This paper introduces construction technology in the whole process of production and pavement of plant-mix thermal recycling asphalt mixture,probes into quality control measures in all parts from crushing,screening and storage of RAP material to mixing, transportation, pavement and rolling compaction of recycling mixture,and analyzes influences of all construction parts on the quality of plant-mix thermal recycling mixture. The results of analysis provides a reference for practical application of similar materials.
