高掺量RAP冷再生沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提高RAP利用率、降低公路养护成本、保护生态环境,对75%、90%及100%RAP掺量冷再生沥青混合料进行配合比设计,得到最佳油石比确定方法,并进行抗拉性能、抗压性能及水稳定性能等路用性能试验,对3种RAP掺量混合料进行试验段铺筑。试验结果表明:1)增加击实次数,冷再生沥青混合料的劈裂强度及干湿劈裂强度比随油石比的增加而增加,无法用来判断最佳沥青用量,引入无侧限抗压强度指标来确定最佳沥青用量;2)75%、90%及100%RAP掺量冷再生沥青混合料的抗拉性能、高温性能、抗水损坏性能及抗压性能,随RAP掺量的增加呈下降趋势;3)3种RAP掺量下冷再生沥青混合料试验段压实度可达98%以上,质量检测结果符合规范要求。研究结果可为高掺量RAP冷再生沥青混合料在我国公路建设中的应用推广提供参考。 In order to improve the utilization rate of RAP,reduce the cost of highway construction and protect the ecological environment,the mix ratio design of cold recycled asphalt mixture with 75%,90%and 100%RAP content was carried out,and the optimal oil-stone ratio determination method was obtained,and the road performance tests such as tensile performance,compressive performance and water stability were carried out on the test section of three RAP content mixtures.The test results show that:1)The splitting strength and the dry-wet splitting strength ratio of cold recycled asphalt mixture increased with the increase of the oil-stone ratio,which could not be used to judge the optimal asphalt content.The unconfined compressive strength index could be used to determine the optimal asphalt content;2)With the increase of RAP content,the tensile properties,high temperature properties,water damage resistance and compressive properties of cold recycled asphalt mixture with 75%,90%and 100%RAP content show a decreasing trend;3)The compaction degree of the test section of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture can reach more than 98%with three RAP mixtures,and the quality test results meet the requirements of the specification.The results of this study can provide reference for the application and promotion of high RAP cold reclaimed asphalt mixture in highway construction in China.
