摘要
食品生产企业标准体系的建设,对于提高我国食品市场发展的规范性、为居民提供更加健康安全的饮食保障具有重要的价值。但是,当前食品生产企业标准化发展仍然存在诸多问题——法律法规标识不健全,未按标准进行生产,标准化管理专员欠缺。基于此,本文提出相关建设标准和体系,以改善该问题,结合需求分析、标准体系构建原则等等,打造标准化体系。
The construction of the standards system of food production enterprises has important value for improving the standardization of the development of food market in China,providing more healthy and safe dietary security for residents.However,there are still many problems in the standardization development of food production enterprises,such as imperfect laws and regulations,non-standard production,and lack of standardization management specialists.On this basis,the relevant standards and systems are put forward to improve the problems,and the standardization system is built with the combination of demand analysis,standards system construction principles and so on.
