摘要
齐哈尔市全面清理“四乱”问题及历史遗留问题等,特别是对历史遗留较严重的嫩江沿江景观公园内违建全部清除,全市河湖面貌持续改善,水环境质量持续提升,水生态健康持续恢复。文章在总结齐齐哈尔市河湖“清四乱”工作实践经验基础上,剖析“清四乱”工作难点,提出对策建议,以期为“清四乱”规范化常态化工作提供借鉴。
Qiqihaer city has comprehensively cleaned up the problems about "four disorders" and historical problems, especially the illegal construction in the landscape park along the Nenjiang River with serious historical problems, and the appearance of rivers and lakes in the city has been continuously improved, the quality of water environment has been continuously improved, and the health of water ecology has been continuously restored. On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of "clearing the four distresses" of rivers and lakes in Qiqihaer city, this paper analyzes the difficulties of "clearing the four distresses" and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide reference for the standardization and normalization of "clearing the four distresses".
