干旱胁迫对菠菜幼苗的生理影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验以菠菜幼苗为材料,研究其在PEG模拟干旱胁迫条件下生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,在PEG胁迫下,菠菜幼苗的生理生化指标表现出一系列变化,随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,质膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,同时渗透调节物质可溶性糖和脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量先升后降,叶绿素含量下降。 In this experiment,the spinach seedlings were used as the experimental materials to study the changes of physiological indexes under PEG simulated drought stress.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical indexes of spinach seedlings showed a series of changes under PEG stress.With the intensification of drought stress degree,the plasma membrane permeability and the content of MDA increased,while the content of osmoregulation substance(soluble sugar and Pro)increased,the content of soluble protein increased first and then decreased,and the content of chlorophyll decreased.
