摘要 采用水培和砂培试验方法,测定不同干旱胁迫程度下4个大豆品种叶片中SOD、POD和CAT活性.结果表明,轻度干旱胁迫下,SOD、POD和CAT活性增加.随着干旱胁迫的增加,三种酶活性明显下降.根据酶活性的变化规律说明:4个大豆品种酶活性由高到低依次为辽豆11、辽豆13、铁7555、凤交59-15. Adopt the methods of banking up with water and banking up with sand determine SOD, POD and CAT activation in the blade of soybeans in various degree of the aridity coering. The result indicates the activation of SOD,POD and CAT is increased, in the slight aridity coercing. With the aggravation of the aridity coering degree, the activation of three kinds of enzymes is obviously. In this test, Liaodoull can do its best in the condition of drought, the next are Liaodou13,Tie7555,Fengjiao59-15.
