摘要
复发性流产是妇产科常见病、疑难病,由于其病因复杂且异质性强,导致诊治难度大。对于不明原因的复发性流产患者,现代医学临床治疗有一定的局限性,而中医药辨证论治则有着独特的优势。复发性流产归属于中医滑胎范畴,刘宏奇教授根据女性生殖生理病理特点,认为复发性流产女性的基本病机乃脾肾两虚、气虚血瘀致“冲任受损,胎元失固”,临证以补肾健脾益气、养血活血安胎为基本治法,辅以调理心、肝诸脏,整体合一。尤其重视筛查病因、孕前调理、孕后保胎,形成独特的三步序贯治疗方案,临床效果显著。
Recurrent miscarriage is a common and difficult disease in obstetrics and gynecology,which is difficult to diagnose and treat because of its complex and heterogeneous etiology.For patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage,modern medical clinical treatment has certain limitations,while TCM has unique advantages in terms of syndrome differentiation.Recurrent miscarriage belongs to the category of habitual abortion in Chinese medicine.Professor Liu Hongqi believes that the basic pathology of recurrent miscarriage in women is the deficiency of both spleen and kidney,blood stasis due to qi deficiency,which leads to“damage to the thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,and loss of fetal primordial qi”.The basic treatment for recurrent miscarriage is to tonify kidney,strengthen spleen,benefit qi,nourish and invigorate blood,and tranquilizing fetus,supplemented by regulating heart,liver and other viscera in a holistic way.The unique three-step sequential treatment program for recurrent miscarriage,with particular emphasis on screening for the cause,pre-conception conditioning and post-conception fertility preservation,has produced remarkable clinical results.
