摘要
近年来,受计量范式和技术理性思潮的影响,数字为本的隐忧式学术评价成为高校教师学术发展的重要标尺。随着数字话语的提升,高校教师学术评价的数字规训在微观实践、中观规制与宏观环境逻辑理路上主要表征为数字敞视监狱的异化理性、数字致瘾机制的内卷依附、数字价值茧房的趋同迷思。究其本源,高校教师学术评价的数字规训源于绩效主义催生了符码崇拜、“单向度”行政逻辑加剧了制度惯性、国际化考核指标倒逼了“学术漂移”。因此,突围数字规训的关键在于:跳脱计量陷阱,促进学术评价本真的价值依归;弱化行政干涉,避免学术评价制度的内旋纠缠;超越标准同化,构建多元互参的立体式评价体系。
In recent years, under the influence of measurement paradigm and technical rational thought, digitalbased hidden academic evaluation has become an important measure for the academic development of university teachers. With the improvement of digital discourse, the digital discipline of academic evaluation of university teachers is mainly characterized by the alienation rationality of digital open view prison, the involution attachment of digital addiction mechanism, and the convergence myth of digital value case on the road of micro-practice, meso-regulation and macro-environment logic. At its root, he digital discipline of academic evaluation of university teachers originates from the performance-based doctrine, which promotes the code worship, and the one-way administrative logic has aggravated institutional inertia, while the international assessment indicators have forced academic drift. Therefore,the key to breaking through digital discipline lies in jumping out of the trap of measurement, promoting the true value of academic evaluation, weakening administrative interference, avoiding the entanglement of academic evaluation system, transcending standard assimilation, and building a three-dimensional evaluation system with multiple and mutual references.
