摘要
党的二十大报告指出,优化人口发展战略,建立生育支持政策体系。应对当前人口老龄化、少子化问题需要促进生育政策与相关经济社会政策同向发力,满足更多家庭的生育意愿。本文基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2017年数据,采用泊松模型研究社会资本对适龄群体生育意愿的影响。研究结果表明:社会资本对适龄群体生育意愿有显著提升作用;相较于农村样本,社会资本对城镇适龄群体生育意愿的提升作用更明显,而在城镇样本中,社会资本对中等社会经济地位适龄群体生育意愿的提升作用更明显。本文为提升适龄群体生育意愿提供了新的思路,对制定和实施不同社会经济地位下适龄群体的生育政策具有启示意义。
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the population development strategy should be optimized and a policy system for supporting boost birth rates should be established.To cope with the current problems of aging population and fewer children,we need to promote the fertility policy with relevant economic and social policies to work together to meet the desire of more families to have children.Based on the data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2017,this paper adopts the Poisson model to study the impact of social capital on the fertility willingness of age-appropriate group.The results show that social capital has a significant effect on the fertility willingness of age-appropriate group;Compared with the rural sample,social capital has a more obvious enhancement effect on the fertility willingness of the urban age-appropriate group,while in the urban sample,social capital has a more obvious enhancement effect on the fertility willingness of age-appropriate group of the middle socioeconomic status.This paper provides a new idea for improving the fertility willingness of age-appropriate groups and has enlightenment significance for formulating and implementing the fertility policy of age-appropriate groups under different socioeconomic status.
