摘要
阐述情绪智力的相关概念、测量工具,从护士的人口学特征、个人因素及社会环境因素方面分析影响护士情绪智力的因素,对现有的干预策略进行总结,提出不足及未来研究方向,以有效提高护士情绪智力水平,为护理管理者开展护士的情绪智力培训提供依据。
This article expounds the relevant concepts and measurement tools of emotional intelligence,analyzes the factors affecting nurses′emotional intelligence from the aspects of nurses′demographic characteristics,personal factors and social environment factors,summarizes the existing intervention strategies,and puts forward the deficiencies and future research directions,so as to effectively improve the emotional intelligence level of nurses and provide a basis for nursing managers to carry out nurses′emotional intelligence training.
