摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化临床护理模式对医护合作关系的影响。方法:2015年1~6月,医护人员按传统医疗护理工作模式进行临床诊疗和护理(实施前);7~12月,医护人员按医护一体化工作模式进行临床诊疗和护理(实施后)。比较实施医护一体化模式前后医护人员合作态度、合作感受、医生对护理工作满意度和护士自身工作满意度。结果:实施医护一体化后,医护合作态度、合作感受、医生对护理工作满意度及护士自身工作满意度评分均优于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:医护一体化临床护理模式赢得了医护双方的认同和合作,合作态度、医护合作感受、医生对护理工作满意度和护士工作满意度均得到显著提高。
Ojective：To explore the influence of intergrated clinical nursing model on the cooperative relationship between doctors and nurses.Methods：From January to June in 2015,the medical staff according to the traditional medical and nursing work model implemented the clinical treatment and nursing（before the implementation）.From July to December in 2015,the medical staff according to the integrated clinical nursing model implemented the clinical treatment and nursing（after the implementation）.Before and after the implementation of the integrated medical and nursing model,the medical staff′s cooperative attitude,cooperative feelings,doctors′ satisfaction with nursing work and their self-satisfaction were compared.Results：After the implementation of integrated clinical nursing model,the cooperation attitude of doctors and nurses,the feelings of cooperation,the satisfaction of doctors and the satisfaction degree of nurses themselves were significantly better than those before the implementation of integrated clinical nursing model（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The integrated clinical nursing model gets the support and cooperation by both doctors and nurses.Doctors′ cooperation attitude,the feelings of cooperation,doctors′ satisfaction with nursing work and nurses′ job satisfaction were significantly improved.
