摘要
快速康复外科从欧洲进入我国只有短短的20余年,但其有益于患者的理念得到了一定的认同,并逐步从快速康复外科转变为快速康复医学,广泛应用到外科、内科、医技甚至医院职能科室,中医适宜技术符合快速康复医学的理念,笔者在以中医适宜技术为主的临床科室中,将快速康复医学理念与中医适宜技术紧密结合,初步探索出了一定的经验和方法,希望能抛砖引玉。
Fast track surgery is applied in our country less than 20 years from Europe, but it is accepted widely because of the benefit to the patient. Now it is changing gradually from fast track surgery to fast track medicine, which was applied to the surgery, internal medicine, medical technology and even the administrative department. The traditional Chinese medicine technology accords with fast track medicine. The writers explored some experience and methods through combining fast track medicine concept with the traditional Chinese technology. It aims to make more people know and apply widely.
