摘要
教师教学效能感是推动其自主发展的关键内在动力,更是激发教师潜能的内在原动力。影响高校英语教师教学效能感的因素繁杂多样,主要包括自身因素、学校因素以及社会因素。对此,学校方面应积极解决教师的心理问题,不断改善校园精神和制度环境,而社会层面则应积极提高教师的社会地位,以此为依托,切实提升高校英语教师教学效能感。
Teachers’ sense of teaching efficacy is not only the key internal driving force to promote their independent development, but also the internal driving force to stimulate teachers’ potential. The factors affecting college English teachers’ teaching efficacy are complex and diverse, mainly including their own factors, school factors and social factors. In this regard, the school should actively solve the psychological problems of teachers, constantly improve the campus and improve the spiritual and institutional environment, while the social level should actively improve the social status of teachers, so as to effectively improve the teaching efficacy of college English teachers.
