摘要
以新工科建设为契机,加强并落实工程教育理念,华侨大学围绕新能源客车与大学生方程式赛车建立了车辆工程专业“教学—科创—科研”一体化的人才培养方案。车辆工程专业围绕新能源客车与方程式赛车建设了具有行业特色的案例库,将案例式与讨论式教学方法融入汽车专业类课程体系中,激发了学生学习的主动性。通过客车龙头企业实践基地的建设,形成以社会需求为导向,以行业、企业为依托的校企合作,社会实践与理论教学相结合的创新型人才培养模式。
Taking the construction of a new engineering subject as an opportunity to strengthen and implement the concept of engineering education, this article introduces Huaqiao University’s establishment of a vehicle engineering "teaching-scientific innovation-scientific research" integrated talent training program centered on new energy buses and university formula racing cars. First of all, the vehicle engineering major has built a case library with industry characteristics around new energy buses and formula racing cars, and integrated casebased and discussion-based teaching methods into the automotive professional curriculum system to stimulate students’ initiative in learning.Through the construction of the practice base of leading bus companies, an innovative talent training model combining school-enterprise cooperation, social practice and theoretical teaching based on social needs and relying on industries and enterprises has been formed.
