摘要
在国家承认需求的驱动下,国际社会中存在大量的承认斗争现象。通过对国家承认斗争结果的探究,可以发现,在一般情况下,国家承认斗争的结果是陷入承认困境,而非实现相互承认。即遭遇蔑视的行为体为追求承认而开展承认斗争,但结果依然无法获得蔑视主体的承认。国家的承认斗争之所以会陷入承认困境,在体系层面与国际社会的地位结构有关,在单元层面与国家的身份优越感有关,前者提升了承认困境出现的可能性,后者直接推动了承认困境的出现。哈萨克斯坦与美国之间的承认互动可对承认困境的出现及形成逻辑提供直观的经验事实展示。对于承认困境的探讨在理论层面有助于拓展和深化国际关系中的承认与承认斗争研究,在现实层面有助于更好地理解国家之间的互动何以容易陷入话语攻讦、外交争端甚至国家间冲突的状态之中。当前中国与西方之间的互动同样具有承认困境的成分,承认斗争与承认困境或许可以为理解当下的中美竞争、把握中美关系的现状与趋势提供一个有益的新视角。
Driven by the need for national recognition,states in the international society are often involved in recognition struggles.The past results of national recognition struggles reveal that the national recognition struggle between opposing actors leads to the recognition dilemma rather than achieving mutual recognition.The reasons why recognition struggles between countries always fall into the recognition dilemma are related both to international society’s status structure at the system level and to individual countries’identity superiority at the unit level.The former increases the possibility of a recognition dilemma;the latter directly promotes the emergence of the recognition dilemma.The recognition interaction between Kazakhstan and the United States provides a compelling empirical case for the emergence and formation of the recognition dilemma.The discussion of the recognition dilemma expands and deepens the theoretical study of recognition and recognition struggle in international relations.It also helps better understand why the interaction between countries is prone to fall into the state of discourse criticism,diplomatic disputes,and even inter-state conflicts at the practical level.At present,the interaction between China and the West also has certain elements of the recognition dilemma.Therefore,recognition struggle and dilemma may offer a new and valuable perspective for understanding and analyzing the current and future prospects of Sino-U.S.competition.
