我国汽车芯片检测认证现状及发展展望 被引量:2

摘要 2020年下半年以来,受汽车生产需求与芯片产业周期“错配”、突发新冠肺炎疫情等因素的影响,汽车芯片供应出现全球性供货紧张甚至断供的情况。在汽车芯片产业链中,产品的可靠性考核评价起着关键的桥梁作用,决定了整车及零部件供应商是否可以采购到符合车规级可靠性要求的芯片产品。目前,国内汽车芯片检测认证环节的基础薄弱,市场竞争力较低,试验通量不足。通过对汽车芯片检测认证相关标准进行分析、对国内检测认证机构相关能力进行调研,总结了国内汽车芯片检测认证的现状和发展面临的问题,并提出了国内汽车芯片检测认证行业下一步发展的思考和未来展望。 Since the second half of 2020, the global supply of auto chips has been tight or even cut off due to the mismatch between the demand of auto production and the cycle of chip industry and the outbreak of COVID-2019. In the automotive chip industry chain, product reliability assessment plays a key role as a bridge, which determines whether the whole vehicle and its components suppliers can purchase the chip products that meet the requirements of vehicle regulation level reliability. At present, the foundation of domestic automotive chip testing and certification link is weak, the market competitiveness is low, the test flux is insufficient. By analyzing automotive chip testing and certification standards, and the investigation of the related capabilities of domestic testing and certification institutions, the current situation and the problems during development of domestic testing and certification are summarized, and the thinking and future prospects for the next development of domestic automotive chip testing and certification industry are put forward.
