摘要
阐述集成电路制造企业的人才培养要避免的四个误区,人才培养体系建设策略,包括人才培养的目标、核心对象、主要承担者、组织内部的学习氛围、具有企业特色的人才培养模式。
This paper expounds four misunderstandings to be avoided in personnel training of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises,and the construction strategy of personnel training system,including the goal of personnel training,the core object,the main undertaker,the learning atmosphere within the organization,and the personnel training mode with enterprise characteristics.
