摘要
为研究比例方向阀的死区补偿,提出考虑阀口压差和阀芯正返行程的死区补偿方法。使用设计的控制器在变压差条件下进行实验,该方法可直接调整补偿值的大小,提高补偿响应速度,在阀静态特性不佳的情况下,依然有较好的补偿结果。以2 MPa压差实验结果为例,补偿前正、返行程阀的流量线性度分别为6.00%和4.83%;补偿后正、返行程阀的流量线性度分别为5.00%和3.56%。补偿前,阀的静态流量曲线滞环比较大;补偿后,阀的静态流量曲线滞环减小。2 MPa压差时,流量阀的曲线滞环补偿前为8.30%,补偿后为1.21%。提出的死区补偿方法对死区的减小或抑制效果明显。
In order to study the dead zone compensation of proportional directional valve, a dead zone compensation method considering the differential pressure at the valve port and the positive return stroke of the valve core is proposed. The designed controller is used to conduct experiments under the condition of variable pressure difference, and the method of considering the pressure difference at the valve port and the stroke of the valve core can directly adjust the size of the compensation value and improve the compensation response speed. In the case of poor static characteristics of the valve, there is still a good compensation result. Taking the 2MPa differential pressure test results as an example, the flow linearity of the forward and reverse stroke valves before compensation is 6.00% and 4.83% respectively. After compensation, the flow linearity of the positive and return stroke valves is 5.00% and 3.56% respectively. Before compensation, the static flow curve hysteresis of the valve is relatively large. After compensation, the static flow curve hysteresis of the valve decreases. When the pressure difference is 2 MPa, the curve hysteresis of the directional valve before compensation is 8.3% and after compensation is 1.21%. The proposed dead time compensation method has obvious effect on reducing or suppressing the dead zone.
