无阀芯位置反馈的电液比例方向阀死区补偿方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对无位移传感器比例方向阀死区引起的流量非线性等问题,对比例方向阀死区模型进行了分析。通过对比补偿前后比例方向阀的输出流量静态特性曲线,得出了输出流量期望值与实际值的差值,并依据线性关系,计算出了两条曲线在同一输出流量下的输入电压差,拟合出了补偿电压,提出了无须位移反馈的线性死区补偿方法;通过建立比例方向阀流量控制系统仿真模型,仿真分析了死区补偿前后比例方向阀的输出流量静态特性;利用比例方向阀试验台,结合数字电液比例控制器,在不同压差情况下,对进、出阀口比例方向阀输出流量的静态特性进行了测试。研究结果表明:采用所提出的死区数字补偿方法,可灵活应用于数字电液比例控制器中,并可有效地减小无位移传感器比例方向阀的死区。 Aiming at the non-linear problems of flow caused by the dead-zone of the proportional directional valve without displacement sensor,the dead-zone model of the proportional directional valve was analyzed.The output flow static characteristic curve of the proportional directional valve before and after compensation were compared,to obtain the difference between the expected and the actual output flow value.The voltage difference between the two curves at the same output flow was calculated by the linear relationship.The compensation voltage was fitted and a linear dead-zone compensation method without displacement feedback was proposed.By the established simulation model of the proportional directional valve flow control system,the static characteristics of the proportional directional valve output flow before and after dead-zone compensation were simulated and analyzed.The static output flow characteristic of the proportional directional valve at the case of different valve port pressure drop were tested by the employed of digital electro-hydraulic proportional controller on the proportional directional valve test bench.The results indicate that the proposed dead-zone compensation method can be flexibly applied to digital electro-hydraulic proportional controllers and can effectively reduce the dead-zone of the proportional directional valve without displacement sensor.
