摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和室温力学性能测试等手段,研究了微量La对A356.2铝合金微观组织和力学性能的影响,并与添加质量分数为0.02%的Sr的结果进行对比。结果表明,添加0.2%的La后,A356.2铝合金的组织和力学性能达到最佳,其二次枝晶臂间距为25.85μm,共晶Si的平均面积最小,为16.70μm^(2),长宽比为1.67,圆整度为1.36,平均抗拉强度为323.25 MPa,伸长率为6.13%,综合评价指标Q最好,为441.37。在添加0.2%的La后,A356.2铝合金的性能提升效果明显,可以达到Sr添加量为0.02%的变质效果。
Effects of trace La on microstructure and mechanical properties of A356.2 alloy were investigated and compared with that adding 0.02% Sr by means of optical microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and room temperature tensile tests. The results indicate that the microstructure and properties of A356.2 aluminum alloy can obtain desirable performance after adding 0.2% La, where the secondary dendrite arm spacing, average area of eutectic Si, aspect ratio, roundness, tensile strength and elongation reach 25.85 μm, 16.70 μm^(2), 1.67, 1.36, 323.25 MPa and 6.13%, respectively, and the comprehensive evaluation index Q reaches 441.37. The performance enhancement of A356.2 aluminum alloy is obvious, reaching the modification effect of 0.02% Sr.
