摘要
本文采用PROCAST仿真软件对ZL205A合金铸件铸造工艺进行仿真并试验,确定了最优工艺方案,对试验结果进行金相分析,发现铸件存在微观孔洞,根据分析结果对工艺方案进行优化,最终采用增加补缩压力的方式,提高了ZL205A铸件的致密性,降低了铸件内部微米级孔洞数量及尺寸。
In this paper,PROCAST simulation software was used to simulate the casting process of ZL205A alloy castings,and the optimal process plan was determined after casting experiments.The metallurgical analysis of the test showed that there were microscopic holes in the castings.According to the analysis results,the process plan was optimized,and finally the densification of ZL205A castings was improved by increasing casting pressure,both the size and number of microscopic holes were reduced.
