时效工艺对铸轧辊铍铜合金力学性能和显微组织影响 被引量:2

Effects of Aging Processes on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Roll Casting Cu-Be Alloy

摘要 对制备的Cu-0.33Be合金进行固溶(960℃×60 min)和不同时效工艺热处理,对比研究了锻态和时效过程中Cu-0.33Be合金的硬度、抗拉强度和拉伸断口形貌的变化。结果表明,时效处理可以显著改善Cu-0.33Be合金的硬度和抗拉强度,460℃时效60 min后,抗拉强度达到峰值661.6 MPa,此时硬度(HB)为207;时效60 min时晶粒最小,时效时间进一步延长,晶粒长大;微观断口形貌在锻态时为韧性断裂,随着时效时间延长,韧性断裂逐渐向脆性断裂转变,峰时效后为典型的脆性颗粒间断裂。 The Cu-0.33 Be alloy was treated by solid solution at 960℃for 60 min and different aging processes.The changing law of hardness,tensile strength and tensile fracture morphology of Cu-0.33 Be alloy under forging condition and during aging process were investigated.The results indicate that aging treatment can significantly enhance the tensile strength and hardness of Cu-0.33 Be alloy,which reach up to 661.6 MPa and 207(HB),respectively,after aging at 460℃for 60 min.The grain is fine with aging for 60 min,which grows as the aging time increases.The fracture morphology is characterized by ductile fracture in forging state,which is gradually converted to brittle fracture with the extension of aging time.After peak aging,the fracture is typical brittle intergranular fracture.
