摘要
科学合理的考核评价模式要以促进学生全面发展为基础,充分发挥其导向、激励、反馈等功能。本文在分析当前高职院校学生考核评价现状的基础上,探讨“五星学生”考核评价模式的构建,深入从德、智、体、美、劳五个方面对学生进行激励考评,激发学生自主成长、积极学习的内生动力,培养、输出能够在不同行业和领域满足各类企业、事业单位用人要求的高素质复合型人才。
A scientific and reasonable assessment model should be based on promoting the all-round development of students,and give full play to its functions of orientation,motivation and feedback.Based on the analysis of the current situation of student assessment and evaluation in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the construction of the"five-star student"assessment and evaluation model,and deeply motivate and evaluate students from the five aspects of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,stimulate their internal motivation,in order to cultivate and export high-quality compound talents who can meet the employment requirements of various enterprises and institutions in different industries and fields.
