摘要
大学教师学术创新力是指大学教师在学术研究中的推陈出新,是做出跟别人不一样的且具有价值事情的能力。大学教师学术创新力是大学教师创新力的重要组成部分。通过访谈,我们认为大学人事制度——比如资格配置机制、遴选聘用机制、考核评价机制和激励保障机制是大学教师学术创新力的主要影响因素。另外,大学教师知识结构单一、青年教师物质待遇低以及高校行政化和学术功利化的不利环境是影响大学教师学术创新力的不利因素。
Academic innovation capacity of university faculty,as an important component of the university teacher's innovation capacity,refers to his creativity or originality in academic research.University personnel system,including the resource allocation mechanism,recruitment method,evaluation system,and incentive scheme,is the key factor influencing academic innovation capacity of university faculty.Besides,the teacher's narrow academic horizon,few material benefits gained by young teachers,bureaucratization within higher education institutions,as well as commercialization of academic research,all these factors also result in fairly low academic innovation capacity of university faculty.
