后生元对机体健康影响的研究进展及其应用前景 被引量:2

摘要 随着益生菌的深入研究及广泛应用,后生元的概念也在被逐渐完善。后生元是对宿主健康有益的无生命微生物和/或其成分,具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗增殖和抗氧化活性等作用。在实际研究与生产过程中,后生元可分为副益生菌与副生元,副益生菌是益生菌的灭活菌体细胞,副生元是益生菌培养的无细胞上清液。近些年来,在关于益生菌与肠道菌群的相关研究中,许多后生元成分已被广泛报道在人类疾病中发挥健康益处,包括在各种代谢性疾病、炎症性疾病、神经退行性疾病、癌症等疾病中。文章结合近年来对后生元的研究成果,综述了副生元与副益生菌各自的主要成分与研究进展,并讨论了副益生菌与副生元俩者的差异。本综述为后生元的标准制定、产品开发提供了一定的参考。 With the in-depth research and extensive application of probiotics,the concept of postbiotics has gradually been improved. Postbiotic is defined as a preparation of inanimate microorganisms and/or their components that confers a health benefit on the host,it has anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,antiproliferative and antioxidant activities. In the research and production practice,postbiotics can be classified into para-probiotics and parabiotics. Para-probiotics are inactivated bacterial cells of probiotics,and parabiotics are cell-free supernatants of probiotic cultures. In recent years,in the related research on probiotics and intestinal flora,postbiotic components have been widely reported to play health benefits in treating human disease,including various metabolic diseases,inflammatory diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,and cancer etc. The article reviewed the main components and research progress of parabiotics and paraprobiotics,and discussed the differences between them. The review provides a reference for making the standard and product development of postbiotics.
