摘要
在益生菌领域,后生素是近些年兴起的一个研究热点,主要是灭活菌体、细菌的代谢产物以及菌体死亡裂解的细胞组分。目前关于后生素的相关研究和应用报道较少,文章主要对后生素的概念、生物学功能以及在畜牧生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为后生素作为新型饲料添加剂提供参考。
In the concept of probiotics filed,postbiotics is a research focus in recent years.Postbiotics mainly composed of inanimate microorganisms and/or metabolites of probiotics and/or lysates compo nents.However,there were few studies on postbiotics and its application in animal husbandry.This re view mainly illustrated the concepts of postbiotics,biological function and the applications in animal pro ductions,which might provide references for application of postbiotics to a new feed additive.
