摘要
目的分析甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的临床作用。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月新沂市人民医院收治的72例T2DM患者,依据治疗方案差异将患者分为对照组和观察组,各36例。以甘精胰岛素治疗的纳入对照组,以甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗的纳入观察组。对比两组治疗效果、血糖水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.258,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c分别为(5.71±1.62)mmol/L、(7.20±2.13)mmol/L、(5.89±1.07)%,均低于对照组的(6.92±1.33)mmol/L、(9.05±2.42)mmol/L、(7.56±1.55)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.464、3.443、5.320,P<0.05)。观察组低血糖、胃肠道不适、过敏反应的总发生率为8.34%,与对照组的5.56%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗T2DM效果显著,可有效控制血糖水平,且用药不良反应较少,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical role of glargine insulin+acarbose tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 72 patients with T2DM admitted to Xinyi People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the difference of treatment schemes,with 36 cases in each.Treated with glargine insulin were included in the control group,and treated with glargine insulin+acarbose tablets were included in the observation group.The treatment effect,blood glucose level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.258,P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c in the observation group were(5.71±1.62)mmol/L,(7.20±2.13)mmol/L,(5.89±1.07)%,which were lower than(6.92±1.33)mmol/L,(9.05±2.42)mmol/L,(7.56±1.55)%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.464,3.443,5.320,P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,gastrointestinal discomfort,and allergic reactions in the observation group was 8.34%,compared with 5.56%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Glargine insulin+acarbose tablets are effective in the treatment of T2DM and can effectively control blood glucose levels with fewer adverse drug reactions and high safety.
