摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中采用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合用药的效果。方法:将医院收治的74例2型糖尿病患者通过随机数字方法分组,其中37例患者采用阿卡波糖片用药治疗(对照组),另外37例患者在对照组用药基础上联合甘精胰岛素药物(观察组),对两组患者血糖指标变化以及用药不良反应观察。结果:治疗后观察组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率均为2.70%(1/37),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中,在阿卡波糖片用药基础上联合甘精胰岛素用药,对帮助控制患者血糖指标作用显著,不会增加用药不良反应,可在临床实践中。
Objective:To observe the effect of insulin and acpoose tablets in type 2 diabetes.Methods:Collect 74 patients with type 2 diabetes,through digital randomization,37 were treated with acabose tablets(control group),and 37 combined with insulin insulin(observation group)in the control group,and observe the changes of blood glucose index and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:2h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and hemoglobin were lower and significantly different from control groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.70%(1/37)and no significant differences between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,acabosol tablets combined with insulin glargine has a significant effect to help control the blood glucose index and will not increase adverse reactions and can be used in clinical practice.
