摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者使用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片同时进行治疗的效果、安全性。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的88例2型糖尿病老年患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同划分为研究组和对照组,各44例,对照组患者以阿卡波糖片开展治疗,研究组患者则在对照组的基础上与甘精胰岛素联合实施治疗,比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能和血清炎性因子指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者的胰岛β细胞功能指数比对照组高,而胰岛素抵抗指数比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组各项血清炎性因子指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖片应用在老年2型糖尿病临床治疗中能够增强其疗效,促使患者血糖得到改善,增强患者的胰岛素功能,降低血清炎性因子指标水平,患者联合用药之后并不会产生严重的不良反应,具有较高的应用安全性。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of insulin glargine and acarbose tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan City from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with acarbose tablets,while patients in the study group were treated with insulin glargine combined with the control group.Blood glucose,islet function,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The homeostatis model assessment-βof the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treat-ment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group after treat-ment was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin glargine and acarbose tablets in the clinical treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes can en-hance its efficacy,improve the blood glucose of patients,enhance the insulin function of patients,and reduce the se-rum inflammatory factor index levels.After the combination of drugs,patients will not have serious adverse reactions,and have high application safety.
