Key Technology of Curved Single-column Steel Pylon Precise Installation

摘要 独柱钢塔斜拉桥结构新颖,相较于多塔肢结构,独柱钢塔截面尺寸大,厂内加工制造和现场安装存在诸多技术难题。上坝夹江大桥建设过程中采用以下工艺工法:(1)对超大平面钢塔内端面加工,研发并应用了二次接刀加工的方法,解决了钢塔高加工精度的控制难题。(2)研制了一种钢塔群锚杆定位、调整装置,通过对群锚杆的定位支架和工装进行深化设计研究,实现了3 mm以内的群锚杆定位精度。(3)为保证塔底170 m^(2)超大平面灌浆施工质量,展开多次比例模型试验,对灌浆材料、搅浆设备、供料方式进行比选,论证施工工艺,形成成套超大平面尺寸灌浆技术,能够保证钢-混结合率达到95%以上。独柱钢塔上塔柱刚度小、线型控制难度大,施工中研发了独柱型钢塔安装工艺控制成套技术,主要技术要点为:(1)建立前后场联动的精度管理体系。厂内通过预拼对构件垂直度、长度和接口的金属接触率、壁板错边量等质量指标进行系统检查;现场通过匹配工装、定位基线恢复厂内制造线型。(2)“塔吊垂直工况”下进行钢塔线型测量,通过试验、观测及数据分析的方式排除温度、风力、塔吊附着等对钢塔安装精度的影响。以上技术措施的应用,实现了独柱型钢塔高精度安装,取消原设计上塔柱调节段。 The cable stayed bridge with single-column steel pylon has a novel structure.Compared with the multi-pylon limb structure,the single-column steel pylon has a large cross-sectional size,and there are many technical problems in factory processing and manufacturing and on-site installation.The following Technological methods are adopted during the construction of the Shanba Jiajiang Bridge:(1)For the processing of the internal end face of the super-large plane steel pylon,the method of secondary knife processing is developed and applied,which solved the control problem of high processing accuracy of steel pylon.(2)A steel pylon group bolt positioning and adjustment device is developed,and the positioning accuracy of group bolts within 3 mm is realized through the in-depth design study of the positioning bracket and tooling of the group bolt.(3)In order to ensure the construction quality of 170 m^(2)super-large plane grouting at the pylon bottom,multiple scale model tests are carried out,the grouting materials,grouting equipment and feeding methods are compared and selected,the construction process is demonstrated,and a complete set of super-large plane size grouting technology is formed,which could ensure that the steel-concrete bonding rate reaches more than 95%.The rigidity of the pylon column on the single-column steel pylon is small,the geometric shape control is difficult,and the packaged installation process control technology of the single-column steel pylon is developed during the construction.The main technical points are:(1)Establish a precision management system for the linkage of the front and rear fields.In the factory,the perpendicularity and length of components,metal contact rate of interfaces,unfitness of wall panels and other quality indicators are systematically checked through pre-assembly.Restore the manufacturing geometric shape in the factory by matching the tooling and positioning the baseline on site.(2)Measure the geometric shape of the steel pylon under“pylon crane vertical working condi
